Telecom operators struggling with high churn and fragmented data are turning to a new partnership between MoEngage and Boldest. By integrating agentic AI workflows with cognitive marketing frameworks, the two firms aim to replace manual segmentation with real-time, automated decision-making designed to secure subscriber retention and growth.

The collaboration leverages MoEngage’s acquisition of Aampe, which enables individual user decisioning agents to function alongside marketer workflows. This unified system provides a closed-loop environment where AI manages the subscriber lifecycle from initial onboarding through to renewal. Boldest, a division of Prodapt, acts as the implementation partner, utilizing its proprietary cognitive marketing suite to translate subscriber intent signals into personalized interactions.

Sanjay Kupae, Vice President of Partnerships at MoEngage, noted that while telcos possess vast amounts of customer data, the industry remains hampered by slow decision-making and reactive models. By deploying this combined technology, operators can transition toward proactive engagement. Keith Pires, Chief Revenue Officer at Boldest, characterized the platform as a complementary fit that allows brands to turn raw data into meaningful outcomes. The partnership targets a critical pain point in the sector: the inability to scale 1-to-1 personalization across large, diverse subscriber bases.
