Inturai Ventures Secures Three-Year Partnership with Talius Group

Inturai Ventures Secures Three-Year Partnership with Talius Group

The agreement transitions a January 2026 Letter of Intent into a definitive commercial framework. By embedding Inturai’s spatial intelligence platform into Talius’s existing healthcare and aged-care networks, the companies aim to provide continuous monitoring and emergency response without the need for cameras or specialized hardware. The technology functions by converting radio and Wi-Fi signals into real-time environmental data, offering a low-infrastructure alternative to traditional monitoring systems.

Under the new terms, project specifics will be managed through individual Statements of Work that outline scope, deliverables, and revenue sharing. A joint steering committee will oversee the integration roadmap to ensure rapid deployment across care facilities and home-based services. Ed Clarke, CEO of Inturai, stated that the deal validates the company’s platform and provides a clear pathway to scale across both the Talius network and Inturai’s own global footprint. Talius CEO Patrick Howard noted that the collaboration will allow teams to develop more proactive care insights for their clients.
