The foundation, established by the Dubiski family following the loss of their daughter, Madison, has pivoted from grief to industry-wide reform. Central to this mission is the Showstop® Procedure, an accredited training program launched in March 2025. To date, the initiative has trained over 850 professionals, impacting safety standards for an estimated 50 million event attendees. Complementing this, the organization’s Safe Spaces initiative has provided relief facilities for more than 400,000 fans at various US venues.

Pink Bows Foundation Expands Crowd Safety Initiative at NCS⁴ Conference
Brian Dubiski opened the 17th Annual Sports Safety and Security Conference in Palm Springs with a personal account of the 2021 Astroworld tragedy, signaling a new expansion for the Pink Bows Foundation as it formalizes an advisory board of 16 global safety experts to standardize event intervention protocols.

During the three-day conference, industry leaders—including representatives from the Texas Rangers and Ilitch Sports & Entertainment—praised the Showstop curriculum for its consistency and practical application in high-pressure environments. Steve Allen, a key collaborator in the procedure's development, led workshops on decision-making under pressure, further cementing the foundation’s role in professional development. The newly announced advisory board features a diverse group of experts, including eight professional witnesses, university professors, and veteran festival directors, who will guide the foundation’s future outreach and research efforts.
