TOYO Taps Investment Banking Veteran Yasunari Harada as CFO
Yasunari Harada has joined solar manufacturer TOYO Co., Ltd. as Chief Financial Officer and director, effective July 1. Bringing three decades of experience from global financial institutions, Harada replaces Taewoo Chung, who stepped down from his executive and board roles at the end of June.

For TOYO, the leadership change represents an effort to bolster capital markets access as the firm works toward becoming a vertically integrated solar manufacturer. Harada, who holds a law degree from Kyushu University, expressed his intent to focus on building shareholder value and strengthening the company's financial foundation alongside the existing management team. The company acknowledged the departure of his predecessor, Taewoo Chung, citing appreciation for his service during his tenure.
