Choice Hotels International has appointed Ali Keshavarz, the current President and Chief Data & Analytics Officer of CVS Health, to its Board of Directors. The move signals a strategic pivot for the lodging franchisor as it seeks to integrate advanced artificial intelligence and data-driven decision-making into its global operations.
Keshavarz brings a substantial resume in enterprise-level digital transformation. At CVS Health, he oversees the company's AI strategy and data infrastructure. His previous experience includes a decade at McKinsey, where he co-founded the firm’s healthcare analytics practice, and leadership roles at Aetna and CVS Caremark. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in mathematics and economics from Northwestern University.
