With over two decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions, Rob Hutcheson joins Dublin-based Lanas as Chief Corporate Development Officer. His appointment signals a shift toward aggressive expansion, backed by a €100 million funding package aimed at scaling the company’s healthcare technology footprint across the UK, Ireland, and the ANZ region.
Founder and CEO Howard Beggs noted that the hire is central to the company’s objective of making healthcare delivery more connected and efficient. For his part, Hutcheson aims to leverage the firm’s solid foundation to pursue disciplined strategic acquisitions. The company currently processes 871 million clinical documents annually and operates across primary care, pharmacy, and specialist sectors, aiming to advance the electronic health record market through its bolstered leadership team.
