Wealth Enhancement Acquires Kaminsky-Silverman Group

Minneapolis-based Wealth Enhancement is expanding its national footprint by acquiring the New York-based Kaminsky-Silverman Group of Shufro Rose. The deal brings over $554 million in client assets into the firm, pushing Wealth Enhancement’s total assets under management and advisement past the $158 billion mark.

The Kaminsky-Silverman Group, led by Tonia L. Kaminsky and Barbara Silverman, brings a team of four to the national firm. With over 50 years of combined industry experience, the pair has built a reputation for navigating complex life transitions and providing specialized financial planning for families and individuals. The acquisition is slated to close in August 2026, with DeVoe & Company acting as advisor on the transaction.

Jeff Dekko, CEO of Wealth Enhancement, highlighted the team’s focus on personal relationships and their specific expertise in supporting women through financial pivots as key drivers for the partnership. By integrating into Wealth Enhancement’s broader platform, the New York-based team gains access to the firm’s proprietary Roundtable and UniFi processes. This move follows a period of rapid growth for Wealth Enhancement, which currently operates from more than 182 offices nationwide.
