Sabine Royalty Trust Declares July Cash Distribution of $0.429 per Unit

The latest distribution reflects a shift in market conditions, as a notable decline in natural gas pricing weighed on total returns. While the trust saw higher production levels for both oil and gas compared to the previous month, along with a price increase for crude, these gains were insufficient to offset the drop in gas valuations. Preliminary figures show the trust processed 54,139 barrels of oil at an average price of $87.11 and 1,074,976 Mcf of gas at $2.41 per Mcf.

Accounting for the distribution depends on the timing of cash receipts, which are verified and posted monthly. Because royalty payments from energy companies often arrive near month-end, some revenue is deferred. The trust reported that approximately $1,029,000 in receipts from late June will roll over into the July posting cycle, supplemented by an additional $1,462,000 received between the end of June and the release of this update. Unit holders of record as of July 15, 2026, remain eligible for the July payout.
