Stena Real Estate AB has acquired the second phase of the Studio office complex in Warsaw for EUR 159 million, or approximately SEK 1.7 billion. Designed with a focus on sustainability and digital integration, the tower utilizes AI-driven systems and digital twin technology to manage energy efficiency. The structure is currently pursuing LEED and WELL certifications, alongside WiredScore and SmartScore ratings. The Studio project centers on a landscaped public square intended to serve as a social hub for the surrounding business district, maintaining proximity to two major metro stations.
