Revenue for the period rose to 7.07 billion yen, up from 6.83 billion yen a year earlier. The company’s operating profit followed a similar upward trajectory, landing at 1.08 billion yen compared to 949 million yen in the prior year. Pretax profit also strengthened, totaling 1.13 billion yen against 973 million yen previously.
Reflecting these gains, earnings per share climbed to 385.97 yen from 327.76 yen. Looking ahead, the company has projected a year-end dividend of 135.00 yen per share, an increase from the 110.00 yen distributed annually in the prior cycle.
