Bonzani, whose appointment is effective immediately, brings extensive legal expertise to the organization. Previously the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at IPG, he also spent 18 years in the legal department at IBM. He takes over from Mark Ringes, who returns to his former position as Deputy General Counsel.
