Eric McGinnis Takes Helm as DexKo Global CEO
After a decade at the helm, Fred Bentley is stepping down as CEO of Novi-based manufacturer DexKo Global to transition into the role of Chairman of the Board. Eric McGinnis, formerly a top executive at Modine Manufacturing Company, assumes leadership of the industrial firm effective July 6, 2026.

McGinnis arrives from Modine Manufacturing, where he served as Corporate Officer and President of Climate Solutions. His mandate involves navigating the company’s next phase of growth while maintaining its focus on towable application components. During his previous tenure, McGinnis was credited with driving revenue growth and spearheading operational transformations within complex global markets.
