Chelsea FC Deploys Industrial AI to Overhaul Club Operations

Chelsea FC Deploys Industrial AI to Overhaul Club Operations

The rollout begins with the deployment of finance and procurement solutions designed to automate manual workflows and provide real-time visibility into supplier contracts and spend management. By embedding IFS.ai tools, the club intends to move beyond basic administrative tasks toward predictive asset management and facility oversight. This shift seeks to replicate the precision required in industrial sectors, where IFS currently oversees $2.4 trillion in critical assets.

Mark Moffat, CEO of IFS, noted that the high-pressure environment of Premier League football aligns with the capabilities of their industrial software. For Chelsea, the objective is to establish a new operational benchmark for global football clubs. Adriel Lares, the club's Chief Financial Officer, stated that the move is part of a broader commitment to utilizing advanced software to capture efficiency gains across the organization’s multifaceted business operations.
