The Specialty Food Association event showcased 2,529 exhibitors from 57 countries, highlighting a robust international presence that included 31 dedicated country pavilions. Attendees navigated an expanded floor featuring over 700 product debuts and 421 first-time exhibitors, reflecting a growing consumer appetite for innovation in specialty food and beverage. The gathering served as a central hub for retail strategy, with sessions covering topics ranging from AI integration in food production to direct-to-consumer marketing models.

Beyond product displays, the event facilitated high-level networking through initiatives like the Fancy Face-Off pitch competition, won by 50 Hertz Tingly Foods, and the inaugural co-location of the Good Food Mercantile. Bill Lynch, President of the Specialty Food Association, noted that the show remains a vital venue for manufacturers to secure partnerships with distributors and retailers. The event also maintained a focus on social responsibility; organizers partnered with City Harvest to donate 70,000 pounds of unused specialty food to local community programs. The industry will reconvene in San Francisco for the Winter FancyFaire, scheduled for January 17-19, 2027.
