Sebastian Schrötel, Senior Vice President of Product Management at TeamViewer, noted that the move is intended to push IT operations toward autonomous endpoint management. By shifting away from one-size-fits-all templates, the platform enables organizations to capture and apply knowledge from previous fixes, effectively reducing the time spent resolving recurring technical bottlenecks.
