The award grants federal civilian and defense agencies a streamlined path to procure advanced digital tools and cleared managed services. By joining the SEWP VI roster, Optiv + ClearShark aims to provide rapid access to the technologies necessary for modernizing government operations and mitigating complex cyber threats.

Daniel Wilbricht, president of Optiv + ClearShark, noted that the contract removes friction for agencies struggling to balance modernization with security mandates. The firm, which operates as a subsidiary of the global cybersecurity provider Optiv, focuses exclusively on federal requirements. This contract vehicle serves as an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) mechanism, designed to ensure that mission-critical infrastructure remains resilient against evolving digital risks.
