Woodhouse Spa Scales Luxury Franchise Model with MedSpa Expansion

Woodhouse Spa Scales Luxury Franchise Model with MedSpa Expansion

The brand closed the second quarter with a series of development agreements that signal sustained demand for its luxury wellness concept. New partnerships include Heather Combs in Tysons, Virginia, and Ashton Tennant in Katy, Texas, alongside portfolio expansions from existing operators like Kim Stevens and Karen Torres Coyle in Florida. Additionally, Elvis and Dawn Matkovic recently extended their footprint in Ohio with a new opening in Copley.

Ariel Clay, Chief Operating Officer and Brand President, attributes this momentum to a business model that prioritizes long-term financial stability. A critical component of this strategy is the strength of the brand’s gift card program, where the top 50% of locations generate roughly $1.3 million in annual revenue per spa. This liquidity, combined with the planned rollout of MedSpa services, provides franchisees with diversified income streams beyond traditional wellness treatments. As the company looks toward the remainder of the year, it is actively seeking partners for key urban markets, including Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Boston, to further solidify its presence in the competitive luxury wellness space.
