Alex Rohtla Joins Passive Capital Management in Philadelphia
Drawing on a decade of experience in education and his tenure at Vanguard, Alex Rohtla has stepped into a new role as a Financial Advisor at Passive Capital Management. Based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, Rohtla brings a blend of investment management expertise and a coach’s approach to client relations.

Rohtla’s earlier career spent teaching high school and coaching athletics influences his current advisory style. He holds a Master of Science from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to his CFP® designation, he is a Certified Student Loan Professional (CSLP®). Passive Capital Management, founded in 2007, continues to operate as a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor with existing locations in Baltimore and Syracuse.
