Lovable Eyes $13.2 Billion Valuation in New Funding Round

Swedish startup Lovable is reportedly negotiating a $300 million capital injection that would effectively double its valuation to $13.2 billion. The deal, spearheaded by Menlo Ventures, underscores the aggressive investor appetite for the emerging vibe-coding sector, which allows users to generate complex software through natural language prompts.

Lovable Eyes $13.2 Billion Valuation in New Funding Round

The company’s rapid ascent comes less than three years after its founding, with an annualized revenue run rate reaching $500 million as of June. While the platform remains a popular choice for individual designers and e-commerce entrepreneurs, Lovable has successfully integrated its tools into the workflows of enterprise giants including Nvidia, Workday, and Asana.

This funding round arrives amidst a broader gold rush for AI-driven development tools. The market has seen significant movement recently, with Replit securing a $9 billion valuation in March and Factory raising $150 million in April. SpaceX’s recent $60 billion acquisition of Cursor further highlights the immense premium placed on software that automates the coding process, signaling that vibe-coding has become the most lucrative vertical in the current artificial intelligence landscape.
