Lance Feeley Joins KMM Group to Spearhead Global Business Development

The two executives first connected in 2004 while collaborating on centerless grinding projects, a history that Shegda cites as the foundation for this new leadership role. According to the company, Feeley’s expertise in industrial engineering will be leveraged to help clients reduce production risks and scale their most demanding projects.

Rick Desrosiers, VP of Business Development, noted that Feeley’s technical background and extensive experience with customer bases across the United States and Europe were decisive factors in his selection. For his part, Feeley emphasized a consultative approach to business development, prioritizing deep engagement with customer challenges over traditional sales tactics.
