A graduate of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, she is expected to play a central role in guiding the company’s navigation of the complex regulatory landscape surrounding voice-based risk assessment.

Laurie Babinski Joins Clearspeed as General Counsel
With nearly twenty years of legal experience at high-growth technology firms, Laurie Babinski has been appointed General Counsel at Clearspeed. She joins the firm as it deepens its footprint in the Washington, D.C. area to support a widening portfolio of public sector and defense contracts.

CEO Alex Martin cited Babinski’s track record in managing transformation at technology companies as the primary driver for the hire. For her part, Babinski highlighted the urgency of Clearspeed’s mission to maintain human-centric decision-making in an era increasingly dominated by AI. The company, which provides risk assessment tools originally developed for the U.S. Department of Defense, currently operates in 37 countries and supports over 60 languages.
