Life Time officially opened its newest athletic country club on July 9 at Brea Mall, marking the brand’s 10th California location. The expansive 123,000-square-foot facility serves as a major anchor for the retail center, blending high-end fitness amenities with resort-style outdoor spaces designed for members of all ages.
Parham Javaheri, Life Time’s Executive Vice President of Property Development, noted that the project underscores a shift toward experience-driven retail environments. By integrating a Kids Academy, boutique fitness studios, and a dedicated work lounge, the club aims to function as a comprehensive hub for the local community. This site represents the seventh collaboration between Life Time and property partner Simon, further embedding the fitness brand into the mall’s ongoing redevelopment efforts.
