The platform distinguishes itself by offering a unified agentic operating system, contrasting with the fragmented point products that have historically hindered large-scale AI adoption. By controlling the entire technology stack—from model training to the final user interface—Kapture aims to streamline complex workflows for major conglomerates including the Tata and Reliance groups. This verticalized approach has enabled the company to quadruple its growth since its 2023 Series A round while maintaining profitability, a rarity in the current AI landscape.

Kapture CX Secures $10 Million to Scale Vertical AI Platform
Bajaj Finserv Ventures has anchored a $10 million pre-Series B funding round for Kapture CX, marking the financial giant’s maiden foray into the AI sector. The investment arrives as the Bengaluru-based startup seeks to consolidate its full-stack agentic platform, which currently supports over 1,000 enterprises across 18 countries.

Lakshmi Iyer, MD and CEO of Bajaj Alts, noted that the decision to invest stemmed from Kapture’s proven ability to deliver measurable results at scale rather than mere experimentation. With the new capital, co-founders Sheshgiri Kamath and Vikas Garg plan to accelerate global expansion and intensify product development. The company has set an ambitious target of quintupling its revenue over the coming years as it positions itself to replace legacy SaaS models with specialized, deep-tech agentic solutions.
