Alongside the structural changes, Hint has launched a secure messaging feature, Hint Chat, and a dedicated iOS application for clinicians. These additions are designed to keep patient communication and core administrative tasks within a single workflow. CEO Zak Holdsworth stated that the initiative is intended to simplify the technology stack required to deliver care, ensuring that clinical and operational needs are met in one environment.
