The company’s 2025 performance underscores a push to institutionalize expertise across its distributed generation assets. With 179 MW of operational projects now under its management, Pivot Energy reported the removal of 14,808 gas-powered vehicles from the road and the avoidance of over 140 million pounds of CO2 emissions. Jackie Murphy, Chief Legal and ESG Officer, noted that the primary objective throughout the year was building the internal systems and accountability necessary to integrate these sustainability principles into the company’s core business architecture.

Beyond environmental metrics, the organization deepened its social footprint through a landmark partnership with the Sustain Our Future Foundation, supported by a five-year agreement with Microsoft. Financial support for community initiatives reached $961,000, including $864,217 directed toward energy bill assistance for low-income families and rural economic development. These efforts, combined with a 96% employee pride rating and a Gold-level DEIJ certification from the Solar Energy Industry Association, contributed to Pivot being named one of America’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces for 2025.
