Nous Infosystems Rebrands as Artizent to Sharpen Engineering Focus

Edison-based global engineering firm Nous Infosystems has officially rebranded as Artizent, signaling a strategic shift toward specialized industry services. The transition, backed by private equity firm TA Associates, aims to streamline the company’s operating model while deepening its commitment to complex, regulated enterprise sectors like finance and insurance.

Nous Infosystems Rebrands as Artizent to Sharpen Engineering Focus

The rebranding arrives nearly three decades after the company’s 1996 founding, reflecting a transition from a broad technology services provider to a specialized engineering partner. Artizent will concentrate its resources on software engineering, data analytics, cloud modernization, and AI-enabled solutions, specifically targeting clients in high-stakes environments where precision and accountability are non-negotiable.

Chief Executive Officer Milan Bhatt stated that the new identity is intended to cut through market noise by prioritizing deep industry expertise over generic service offerings. Despite the name change, the firm’s ownership, leadership structure, and delivery teams remain consistent. The shift follows a 2025 investment from TA Associates, which prompted the company to narrow its focus toward measurable, outcome-driven partnerships. The global transition across all digital properties and office locations is scheduled to take place over the coming months.
