The rebranding effort includes a redesigned logo and a revamped digital presence centered on the new tagline, "Join with US." While the company built its reputation producing rivets and machine components for sectors ranging from automotive to medical, management now intends to emphasize its role as a high-level engineering partner rather than a simple parts supplier.

Chief Executive Officer Greg Rizzo described the shift as a necessary evolution to match changing customer requirements. By moving beyond its legacy of "pieces and parts," the firm aims to highlight its proprietary fastening technologies and custom application solutions. This strategic refresh is intended to modernize the company’s market presence, helping it attract new technical talent and reinforce its standing in a highly competitive industrial landscape.
