Five members of the Sivers Semiconductors board, alongside the company’s CEO, have finalized the purchase of shares authorized during the June 2026 annual general meeting. Bami Bastani, Karin Raj, Helena Svancar, Todd Thomson, and Joakim Nideborn executed the planned acquisitions last week. Under the terms approved by shareholders, these new holdings are subject to a mandatory 12-month lock-up period, ensuring the leadership team remains financially tethered to the company's long-term performance. The CEO also participated in the round, further consolidating the executive commitment to the stock.

Headquartered in Kista, Sweden, Sivers Semiconductors focuses on high-precision laser and RF beamformer technologies. The company positions its products as critical components for AI data centers, satellite communications, and defense sectors, emphasizing a reduction in the environmental footprint of data-heavy industries.
