For the third consecutive year, New York-based REIT W. P. Carey has been named one of Fortune’s Best Small and Medium Workplaces in New York. This accolade arrives alongside a new Great Place to Work Certification covering the firm’s entire global footprint across the United States, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

The certification process relies on direct feedback from staff, reflecting a high level of internal satisfaction at the company. According to the 2026 survey results, 96% of global employees identified the firm as a great place to work, a figure that sits well above standard industry benchmarks. Additionally, 96% of respondents reported feeling pride in their workplace and a sense of inclusion regarding their personal differences.

Jason Fox, Chief Executive Officer and President of W. P. Carey, attributed these honors to the dedication of the firm's staff. He noted that achieving certification in every country where the company maintains a physical office underscores a unified commitment to fostering a supportive culture. The firm, which manages a portfolio of 1,703 net lease properties, continues to emphasize these employee programs as a core component of its operational strategy, as detailed in its latest corporate responsibility report.
