Robin Rossmann Named CFO at CoStar Group

Rossmann, who currently oversees the firm’s European division, steps into the role on July 31. His tenure in Europe was defined by a 25% reduction in regional costs paired with consistent double-digit revenue growth and the successful launch of CoStar’s services in France. He arrived at the company following the 2019 acquisition of STR, bringing over a decade of prior experience from Deloitte.

Christian Lown is departing the organization to pursue interests outside the industry. CoStar leadership clarified that his exit does not stem from any internal friction regarding company operations or corporate policy.
