Sigma Koki Profit Dips Amid Revenue Contraction

Sigma Koki Co. Ltd. reported a net profit of 831 million yen for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2026, marking a decline from the 986 million yen recorded in the previous year. Despite the bottom-line contraction, the Japanese firm managed to post slight gains in both operating and pretax profitability.

Sigma Koki Profit Dips Amid Revenue Contraction

Revenue for the period reached 11.44 billion yen, falling short of the 11.58 billion yen generated in 2025. Conversely, operating profit rose to 1.18 billion yen from 1.13 billion yen, while pretax profit climbed to 1.30 billion yen compared to 1.27 billion yen a year earlier. Earnings per share settled at 117.36 yen, down from 139.23 yen in the prior fiscal cycle. These results were prepared in accordance with Japanese accounting standards.
