Veterans Benefits Software Acquires Claims Platform VisPro

St. Peters-based Veterans Benefits Software Inc. has acquired the industry-standard claims processing platform VisPro, marking the company’s first major move to consolidate technology for VA-accredited professionals. The firm plans to evolve the 19-year-old software into a comprehensive operating system designed to automate case preparation and increase efficiency for legal teams.

Veterans Benefits Software Acquires Claims Platform VisPro

The acquisition of VisPro, originally developed by Jay and Karen McIntyre, serves as the cornerstone for founder Don Quante’s vision of a unified technology ecosystem. By launching the rebranded VisPro Complete, the company aims to reduce the heavy administrative burden currently facing attorneys and agents handling VA disability and pension claims. The platform integrates electronic signature capabilities, paperless document management, and automated workflows to shorten the time required for individual claim submissions.

Quante emphasized that the transition will maintain continuity for existing users, with Karen McIntyre and listserv manager Rita Barnhart remaining available for direct support. Beyond current features, the company is positioning the software for future growth by introducing flexible monthly subscription models and integrating AI-driven productivity tools. This move is the initial step in a broader corporate strategy to acquire and develop a suite of interconnected tools dedicated to improving outcomes for veterans and their families.
