Crescent Real Estate Elevates Payan and Mahaffey to Senior Roles

Tiffany Payan, a veteran of the firm since 2016, will now serve as Chief Compliance Officer. In this expanded capacity, she assumes responsibility for the organization’s compliance platform, quarterly reporting, tax compliance, and complex investor inquiries. A Texas Christian University alumna and Certified Public Accountant, Payan has been a central figure in the firm's financial operations for nearly a decade.

Anne Mahaffey, who joined the company in 2021, takes on the role of Fund Controller. She will head the fund accounting platform, overseeing audit coordination and the management of the growing accounting team. Mahaffey, who holds degrees from Texas A&M University, has been recognized for her technical precision in fund reporting. Andrew Lombardi, Senior Managing Director and CFO, noted that these appointments acknowledge the pair's consistent contributions to the firm's reporting infrastructure and professional excellence.
