The collaboration deepens an existing relationship between the two companies, positioning Apollo.io as a primary source for Popl’s AI-native enrichment waterfall. When a lead is captured at an event, Popl’s system pulls from over 20 data partners, now anchored by Apollo’s database of 240 million contacts and 30 million companies. Proprietary AI agents then perform web discovery and real-time validation to bridge any remaining information gaps.

Jason Alco, CEO of Popl, noted that the integration solves the persistent challenge of incomplete lead data, providing immediate context for conversations held on the show floor. For users of platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, this means contact records are cleaned and enriched in seconds, rather than days. Scott Singerman, VP of Partnerships at Apollo.io, highlighted that the move is designed to help teams act on interactions before the momentum of an event fades, effectively closing the gap between a brief introduction and an attributable business opportunity.
