IndySoft Expands Executive Suite with Dual Leadership Appointments

Maxfield joins the Charleston-based firm with over 27 years of experience in software and instrumentation, including a tenure at Beamex where he oversaw calibration solutions for the pharmaceutical and energy sectors. At IndySoft, he is tasked with unifying sales and marketing efforts to deepen customer engagement and drive international expansion.

Dodds brings a background rooted in practical metrology, having transitioned from his start as a U.S. Air Force calibration technician to leadership roles at Fluke Corporation and Transcat. His expertise in automated procedures and cloud infrastructure will anchor IndySoft’s engineering output. As Dodds assumes oversight of daily technical operations, co-founder Ben Sykes will transition to the position of Co-founder and System Architect, allowing him to prioritize the platform’s foundational strategy as the company scales. CEO Rhett Price noted that the appointments are designed to align high-level commercial strategy with technical evolution, ensuring the company maintains its position in the measurement-driven asset management market.
