After an eleven-year tenure at Snap Inc., Patrick Connolly is shifting his focus to the creator economy. The veteran media executive has been named Chief Strategy Officer at LV8, a digital marketing agency based in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, where he will spearhead long-term growth and partnership expansion.

Connolly arrives at LV8 with a track record of building content ecosystems at the intersection of entertainment and digital platforms. During his time at Snap, he helped define the editorial direction of the Discover platform and managed high-stakes relationships with major media entities including NBCUniversal, Netflix, and Condé Nast. His experience spans the entire partner lifecycle, from early-stage content production for events like the Oscars and Coachella to overseeing policy compliance and performance optimization.

In his new role, Connolly will work alongside founder Griffin Haddrill and COO Gabby Gamad to refine the agency's commercial strategy and service offerings. Haddrill pointed to Connolly’s instincts for organizational growth as a key asset for the agency’s next phase of development. For Connolly, the move represents a chance to apply his expertise in vertical video and editorial strategy to a specialized agency environment, focusing on the infrastructure needed to scale creator-brand partnerships.
