The sportswear giant’s latest SEC filing details how the veteran executive’s earnings are structured following his return to lead the firm in 2024.

Hill’s total haul includes a $1.5 million base salary, $28.1 million in stock awards, and $4 million in stock options. The package also features $2.2 million in annual incentive pay and $516,000 categorized as other compensation, which largely covers personal use of corporate aircraft, security services, and company merchandise. According to the filing, Hill achieved 74% of his target annual performance-based cash award for the year.

The executive compensation disclosure also highlighted pay for other top leadership roles at the company. Chief Financial Officer Matthew Friend received a total of $15.2 million, while Chief Operating Officer Venkatesh Alagirisamy earned $11.5 million for the same period.
