By utilizing the NANOFABRICATOR® LITE, the unidentified hyperscaler intends to create a feedback loop where experimental data continuously refines its AI models. This recursive process is designed to accelerate innovation across critical fields including semiconductors, photonics, quantum computing, and advanced energy storage systems.

ATLANT 3D’s technology operates as a full-stack solution, combining their DALP® OS software with atomic-scale manufacturing capabilities. According to CEO Dr. Maksym Plakhotnyuk, the primary hurdle in modern materials science is no longer the generation of digital predictions, but the ability to translate those models into physical prototypes rapidly. This acquisition positions the firm to support large-scale industrial research, moving beyond basic design into the practical implementation of Physical AI for Matter.
