The rebrand serves to connect the Rockwall location more clearly to the scale and resources of the Houston-based automotive group, which operates over 250 dealerships across the U.S. and U.K. According to General Manager Ricky Ruth, the shift aims to provide customers with a consistent experience, linking local service familiarity with the broader technological and operational standards of the international retailer.

Group 1 Automotive Rebrands Rockwall Dealership to Align National Presence
The Rockwall CDJR dealership in Texas has officially transitioned to Group 1 CDJR Rockwall, marking another step in the parent company's nationwide effort to unify its retail network. While the signage changed in October 2025, the dealership maintains its local staff, ownership, and commitment to the Dallas-area community.

Despite the new name, the dealership continues to operate from its established location at 970 East Interstate 30. There have been no changes to personnel, product offerings, or day-to-day operations. The facility remains a center for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram sales and maintenance, serving drivers throughout Rockwall, Rowlett, and Garland. By aligning under the Group 1 banner, the company intends to streamline its branding, making it easier for customers to recognize and trust its locations across different markets.
