Energy Vault Appoints BlackRock Veteran as CFO
Nitin Dahiya, a two-decade veteran of the investment sector, will take the helm as chief financial officer at Energy Vault Holdings starting July 27. He steps into the role as the company seeks to accelerate its expansion across utility-scale energy storage and AI infrastructure markets.

He replaces Michael Beer, who departs the company to pursue other professional interests. Robert Piconi, chairman and CEO of Energy Vault, noted that the move is intended to bolster the company’s capital formation capabilities and drive long-term value for shareholders. Energy Vault currently manages a portfolio of utility-scale storage solutions and AI compute infrastructure supported by its proprietary energy management software.
