Credit Suisse Asset Management Income Fund Rebrands to UBS

The Board of Directors at Credit Suisse Asset Management Income Fund has finalized a rebranding initiative, transitioning the entity to UBS Asset Management Income Fund. This shift, set to take effect around September 4, 2026, aligns the fund’s public identity with its parent organization, the Zurich-based UBS Group AG.

Despite the change in nomenclature, the internal operations remain static. The fund will retain its current investment objectives and management strategies, ensuring continuity for existing stakeholders. Furthermore, the transition does not require formal shareholder approval, allowing the process to proceed as a purely administrative realignment.

Investors will see the fund continue to trade on the NYSE American LLC under its established ticker symbol, CIK. The investment adviser, UBS Asset Management (Americas) LLC, confirmed that the rebranding reflects the broader integration of the business into the global UBS financial services framework.
