GAC Marks 30 Millionth Vehicle Milestone with Global Expansion

The milestone, achieved over a 29-year history, signals a shift in GAC’s strategy from domestic scale to international value. During the event, the company showcased its evolving global footprint: the Thailand facility celebrated its 10,000th unit, while the Austrian plant in Graz officially launched mass production of the AION UT. GAC leadership emphasized that this production record rests on a foundation of electrification and intelligent vehicle technology.

Since beginning its export drive in 2013, the manufacturer has accelerated its presence across 110 countries. In the first half of 2026, GAC exported over 120,000 vehicles, representing a 132% increase compared to the previous year. With 540,000 total units exported to date, supported by a network of 746 sales and service outlets and nine parts warehouses, the company is now leveraging its scale to launch a global customer appreciation campaign. This initiative includes a series of regional incentives aimed at consolidating the brand's influence in its growing overseas markets.
