Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack, stated that the company aims to deepen its ties to the Ramsey community by providing a mix of high-end brands at discounted prices. The upcoming store will integrate the chain's standard digital services, allowing local shoppers to pick up online orders from Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, alongside streamlined return processes.
The new storefront joins a established retail hub that currently hosts tenants such as ShopRite, Five Below, and Petco. Stephen Hittman, CEO of property manager Crossroads Companies, noted that the arrival of the off-price division aligns with the center’s goal of diversifying its tenant roster. The site is managed by Crossroads Companies through a joint venture with Wafra.
