In2ition AI Expands Iris Platform to Monitor Video Meetings

Most AI meeting assistants merely transcribe conversations, leaving insights trapped in isolated documents. In2ition AI is shifting that paradigm with the launch of Iris Listen, a new tool designed to integrate video calls from Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex into a single, unified corporate intelligence layer.

In2ition AI Expands Iris Platform to Monitor Video Meetings

The platform, which exits private beta on August 1, 2026, aims to bridge the gap between executive strategy and field execution. Unlike standard note-taking software, Iris Listen analyzes tone, messaging, and delivery to provide actionable coaching recommendations. By feeding video data into the same system that already processes phone calls and in-person interactions, the company seeks to create a longitudinal profile of business performance across all communication channels.

Founder and CEO Joseph Lepordo argues that existing tools focus on recording history rather than driving improvement. By centralizing these insights, managers can track whether strategic priorities set in boardrooms actually translate into effective frontline operations. The technology serves as an add-on for current clients, completing a data loop that connects recruitment, training, and daily engagement into one cohesive analytical framework.
