The rebranding effort encompasses a new digital footprint, including a centralized website and a dedicated LinkedIn presence. While the parent entity now carries the Acron Technologies name, CEO Alan Crawford emphasized that the individual portfolio companies—such as ACR Electronics, Trakka Systems, and Skytrac—will retain their existing names, product lines, and operational autonomy. This strategy aims to maintain established market reputations while highlighting the collective strength of their integrated capabilities.

Over the past eighteen months, the organization has focused on aligning technologies that serve the cockpit, the battlefield, and high-stakes rescue operations. The portfolio’s reach is significant, covering everything from avionics and collision-avoidance systems for commercial aviation to secure positioning tools for warfighters and distress beacons used by the U.S. Coast Guard and NASA’s Artemis program. By bringing these diverse capabilities under one umbrella, the company intends to offer a clearer view of its full technical range to partners and global operators.
