Nomad Foods Outlines Preliminary Q2 Results Amid Refinancing Plans
Nomad Foods expects a revenue decline of up to 3.5% for the second quarter of 2026, even as the frozen food giant signals progress in its rebuilding efforts. The company reported preliminary quarterly EBITDA between €120 million and €126 million while preparing to restructure its debt obligations.

Looking toward the remainder of the year, Nomad Foods is maintaining its full-year guidance, projecting an organic revenue decline of 2% to 5% and an EBITDA decrease of 5% to 10%. However, the company is actively reviewing its earnings per share outlook. Chief Financial Officer Ruben Baldew attributed this to anticipated debt refinancing activities, which may increase interest expenses. The firm intends to offset these costs by reducing its overall net debt, citing a robust cash flow and a stable balance sheet as the primary drivers for the move. Full financial disclosures are scheduled for release in August.
