Hyper Taps Vineet Gambhir to Lead People Strategy Amid Rapid Scaling

Hyper has named Vineet Gambhir as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, tasking the veteran executive with overseeing talent development and organizational culture. As the digital infrastructure firm navigates a period of significant expansion, Gambhir will focus on aligning workforce systems with the company's aggressive growth trajectory.

Gambhir joins the Richmond-based company with a track record of managing structural transformation across the technology and healthcare sectors. Most recently, he served as CHRO at DataLink, where he earned recognition for driving cultural initiatives that secured a spot on Newsweek’s “Most Loved Workplace” list. His prior experience includes senior leadership roles at GlobalLogic, Yahoo, and Cisco, where he focused on workforce planning and M&A integration during high-growth phases.

At Hyper, the focus shifts to building a scalable foundation that connects internal employee experience to external customer delivery. CEO Vladimir Gulkarov noted that Gambhir’s mandate involves reinforcing the link between team structure and operational success. Gambhir, who also teaches at the University of Maryland, brings a hybrid background in electrical engineering and human resources to the executive team, aiming to institutionalize the culture as the firm scales its mission-critical infrastructure services.
