Summer bookings for sustainable holiday homes have more than doubled since 2020, according to new data from rental specialist Interhome. The shift signals a structural change in consumer demand across Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain as travelers prioritize eco-conscious property features for their vacation stays.
Property owners are responding by integrating specific eco-friendly upgrades to attract guests and reduce long-term costs.
