Cango Inc. Executes 10-for-1 Reverse Stock Split

Ten shares of Cango Inc. stock have been condensed into one as the company’s 10-for-1 share consolidation took effect at 5:00 P.M. U.S. Eastern Time on July 20, 2026. The move significantly recalibrates the company's equity structure while maintaining its existing ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange.

Cango Inc. Executes 10-for-1 Reverse Stock Split

Trading on a post-consolidation basis began at the opening of the market on July 21, 2026. While the share count has shifted, the company retains its original ticker symbol, CANG, though investors should note the assignment of a new CUSIP number, G1820C 110. Cango’s authorized share capital remains fixed at US$100,000, now divided into 100 million ordinary shares with a par value of US$0.001 each. This total comprises 92,067,428 Class A ordinary shares and 7,932,572 Class B ordinary shares.

Since its pivot into the digital asset sector in November 2024, Cango has expanded its footprint beyond its legacy used car export business, AutoCango.com. The firm now operates Bitcoin mining infrastructure across North America, the Middle East, South America, and East Africa, with emerging pilot projects focused on distributed AI computing and integrated energy solutions.
