Shed and LTR Pharma finalize U.S. launch for ROXUS intranasal spray

A new commercial partnership between Salt Lake City-based Shed and LTR Pharma is set to introduce ROXUS, a rapid-onset intranasal treatment for erectile dysfunction, to the U.S. market. The deal transitions a previous term sheet into a formal framework, positioning the drug as the flagship offering for the Mavrox men's health platform.

Shed and LTR Pharma finalize U.S. launch for ROXUS intranasal spray

Shed will manage patient acquisition, clinical operations, and platform delivery, while LTR Pharma supplies the intranasal technology. ROXUS aims to capture market share from traditional oral medications by offering a delivery system that can trigger results in as little as five minutes. According to LTR Pharma’s Phase II interim clinical data, the treatment demonstrated a median Tmax of 10 minutes following administration.

Morley Baker, CEO of Shed and Mavrox, identified the product as a rare innovation in a stagnant category. The company has already opened an early-access waitlist on the Mavrox website to gauge consumer interest ahead of the formal rollout. While the product is being marketed as a significant shift in erectile dysfunction care, the companies note that ROXUS remains a compounded prescription medication and has not yet received formal U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval. Patients will be required to undergo a clinical evaluation by a licensed provider before gaining access to the treatment.
